Shipping Method:
We usually send gimbal by DHL/EMS/Fedex and send accessories by POSTNL vary from different country. If you have special request, please contact with us.

Shipping Cost:
When you placing the order, you can see the shipping cost of your order. But the distance area fee is not included in shipping cost. If your address is belong to distance area, you should pay for the distance area fees. Or we can not send it out.

Packing Time:
After your payment of the order is completed, we will arrange packing and send the package within 7 days.

Shipping Time: Usually it takes about 7-10 days for you get the parcel if it ships by DHL or Fedex. But we do not guarantee delivery time on all international shipment due to differences in customs clearing times in individual countries.

Customs Fee:
The item price and shipping cost are not included any import taxes. The buyers are responsible for all additional customs fees, brokerage fees, duties and taxes for importation into your country. If you need clearing customs invoice, please contact with us.

Return:
1.We do not accept any return without any chat and reasons.

2.If buyer wants to return the item, buyer should make sure the item is in their original conditions(Within a week).

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
